I went running yesterday around my block, couldn't have been more than 1 mile, did not run hard, and did not run up any hills, and I'm already in pretty good shape. I came back, showered, and took a nap. When I woke up, this was a pretty good discription of what I felt:

Good thing is I've always been a quick healer. Woke up this morning and couldn't feel anything, almost no pain at all.
Anyone else have gotten this? How long did it last for you?
Had it a couple times. Onre time when I was doing yard work all day. It went away the next day.
