Draw a parallelogram of forces:
From the point, where the two cables join, draw a vertical and upright vector with the magnitude of the weight = 705 N.
The draw parallels to the cables through the tip of the weight vector.
The distances of the intersection points of the parallels with the cables to the joining point of the two cables are the magnitudes of the forces in the cables.
Or in other words: You have got a parallelogram, the sides of which are the forces.
You find the sides by the sine rule for triangles.
Let x = force in the horizontal cable, and y = force in the sloped cable, then is
705/sin37 = x/sin53 = y/sin90
it follows that
x = 935.56 N (horizontal cable)
y = 1171.45 N (slanted cable)
