Are You Targeting The Right Keywords
If you want to rank well on Google's main page and also for other top search engines then you need to have great content that is focused on the right keywords. If you're a loan internet marketer trying to compete for the top positions on the major search engines you need to concentrate on ranking for "mid range" keywords. What I mean by this is that if you want to generate traffic to your site and you want to rank well in the search engines quickly you need to focus on keywords that have monthly search volumes in the 2000 - 5000 range and average competition levels.
Finding great keywords takes time and effort and a little bit of luck. As you gain more experience you will learn that there is an exact process you can follow. You should meticulously research each keyword you are going to use and know exactly how many searches it gets per month and exactly who your competitors are. Generating a list of keywords is the first part of the process and also the easiest. Once you have the list generated you move on to the next step of deciding which of those keywords to target for your site. This part takes the most time. For each keyword you must perform a search on Google...then take the top organic URL's and plug them into Yahoo's search tool to determine the number of links each has. If the any of the top 10 URL's have less than 250 links then you have a good shot at ranking on Google's first page for that particular keyword. That is, if you optimize a page on your site for that keyword and you build links throughout the Internet that point back to that page or site URL.
If done correctly, you can have a site rank on Google's top 10 in less than two weeks, sometimes in less than a week depending on the competition for the keyword you choose. Once you learn the right process you can develop site after site targeting medium range keywords that will generate you more than enough traffic and you will be able to stop paying all of those high PPC charges from Google.

Can I lose my mucus plug right after cervical exam?
I had my third cervical exam on Tuesday. Wow, was that one uncomfortable. She said I was realy high and only about 1cm. The gell the often use is always clear and slightly runny, but this time when I cleaned up after she left I noticed a jelly like yellow substance on the paper and a little more the next morning. Was that my mucus plug or just wishful thinking. So ready for this baby to be here. I'm 37 weeks baby was estimated at 6.5 lbs at 35 weeks. I was really discouraged when the doc told me the baby really need to drop alot more. For so long they were saying he was just right now it seems the total opp. I am so impatient please let me know from your personal experiences if any of this could mean labor is on the way soon. OH, some vaginal pain when I move and rectal pressure with no relief.
An exam can cause some discharge at this point. It can also start labor, but I am sure your doctor was right this time. Walk, have sex and eat spicy foods!
