To Answer three_factors, my work computer is a Dell C640 laptop, so no it isn't a desktop computer. It has a panel with a screwed in cover on it that my IT opened up and installed the card in. I will most likely go with the USB wireless adapter, that way I can move them from laptop to desktop easily but it would be nice to have the integrated card inside.
