Richard Meon is a name used in many fake job scams. He uses the name of Fliss Travel and Air Link travel as well as Bath Travel for his scams.
Don't be fooled by him.

Nanny visas are not issued anywhere, they were stopped in November 2008. The only way you can come to the UK to work as a nanny, au pair or any other domestic worker is if you have worked fro that employer for at least a year in his household outside the UK.
The job is fake, his photos are fake, he is fake. Have nothign more to do with him.
