Oay so this is the computer i want to buy for playing intense games on high..... would this computer work for the best settings. what can i do to makeit betterr?

Alienware is a ripoff. You'd be far better off building it yourself. You can save a lot of $$ and get a better gaming machine
Drop the 2600K down to the 2500K and save $100. You don't need the hyperthreading for games
Get a better brand lower wattage PSU for the same price, such as a Corsair 700 watt. That's more than what you need
Put the $100 into a 6970 Radeon or Nvidia 570 GTX which will perform a lot better
Save the several hundred dollar premium that Alienware charges to build it
